Not yet. Built-in AI is coming soon and is planned to use a supported AI subscription you already have. You’ll pay for the Yours app, without paying for AI twice. Supported connections will be announced when it’s ready.

Absolutely. Yours is a complete journalling app on its own. Write, add photos, and organise your journals without sharing anything with an AI tool.
Yes. Entries are stored locally and you can write offline. An internet connection is needed to activate and periodically validate your licence. The current licence allows 14 days between successful online checks.
Yours stores readable Markdown files. They aren’t encrypted by the app. Your Mac’s security and any backup or AI services you choose also affect who can access your writing.
Your journal folders stay on your Mac. You can keep reading and editing the Markdown files with other apps. Your writing belongs to you, independently of Yours.
Yours is available for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. One licence covers one device. Optional cloud backup and storage are coming soon and aren’t included in the current app.
